Our Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 1:00 pm.  Effective September 1, 2026 all board meetings will be held at 200 Civic Center Dr., Vista, CA 92084, typically, the Vista Conference Room, located on the 2nd floor at City Hall, and near the Council Chambers.  The board may also schedule special meetings at other times and locations when needed, and will post notice according to the Brown Act.
