RFP On Call Grant Research, Writing and Management Services

The Vista Fire Protection District is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide on-call grant research, writing, and management services.

The selected consultant will assist the District in identifying grant opportunities that support fire protection, emergency services, wildfire prevention and mitigation, community risk reduction,  and other District priorities. Services may include grant research, evaluation of funding opportunities, preparation and submission of grant applications, coordination of supporting documentation, and post-award grant administration and reporting.

Qualified firms and consultants with demonstrated experience in securing and managing federal, state, regional, and local grant funding for public agencies are encouraged to submit a proposal.

PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 23, 2026.

Interested firms should review the District’s Request for Proposals for complete information regarding the scope of services, proposal requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.

The Vista Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities, and select the consultant determined to be in the best interest of the District.
